In this class, students will be introduced to the great game of golf. Golf can have a lasting impact far beyond this class, as it is one of sports you can play your entire lifetime. Golf is an active sport, however it has less impact on the body than other sports and improves strength and flexibility. Students will learn the basics of a golf swing, posture, grip, the rules and other fun games as it relates to golf. All levels are welcome!!!

In this class your student will learn the basic skills of coordination and motor skills through dribbling, pivoting, catching and passing - all skills that overlap into other sports.  Depending on the group, there will be opportunities for scrimmage play as well to work on the big picture of basketball.

Premier 1on1 Sports is excited to be back at with our popular soccer program to Creekisde Elementary this Fall.  Experienced coaches will concentrate on skill development for class participants.  This program is fun for all participants with a lot of game play.  Come join the fun !!

This class is an introduction to Pickleball which is a great activity the whole family can do together - Its slogan is often “A Game For All”.  It’s easy to learn, has a great name and is often used as a gateway to playing tennis. Pickleball is played on a badminton-size court with ping pong-type rectangular racquets, a wiffle-type ball, and tennis-like rules. It can be played as a singles game (with two players) or a doubles game (with four players).

In this class, students will learn about the basics of the fast moving game of flag football. The skills of running, jumping, starting, stopping and change of direction will all be incorporated into each class. This is a great fit for students who have played flag football before, are intrigued to learn a new game or want a fresh and fun way to improve their athletic skills. There is no better way to spend an afternoon outside, with friends and getting some exercise.

Javelin, shot put, discus, sprints, relay races and more. Safety – The field equipment is all designed for safe use by youth.

In this class your student will learn the skills of coordination and motor skills through dribbling, pivoting, catching and throwing - all skills that overlap into other sports.  Depending on the group, there will be opportunities for scrimmage play as well to work on the big picture of basketball.

Lacrosse is the fastest game on two feet.  Whether you have played the game before or are a newbie all are welcome.  This class will focus on the basic fundamentals of lacrosse - cradling, catching, throwing, shooting, ground balls.  These skills will be worked on in drills, fun games and scrimmage like situations.  This is a no checking class so that students can focus on the skills required to play the game well.   All levels are welcome because you can never practice fundamentals too much.

Premier 1on1 Sports is back for the Fall After School Hoops Program.  We look forward to bring our program to your students.  Experienced Coaches will run a weekly program concentrating on footwork, Ball Handling, Shooting, Passing, and Game Play.

We have a conference week camp running from 12:50-3:50 pm.  Premier 1on1 Sports provides a multitude of camps throughout the year. Premier 1on1 Sports in conjunction with the Walnut Acres PTA will be offering a multi sports conference week camp.  Skilled instructors will conduct a 3 hour camp daily where students will participate in various sports, such as basketball, soccer, flag football, baseball, along with many other sports.  All our camps provide experienced instructors who bring valuable knowledge and youthful enthusiasm to all sports.  Premier 1on1 Sports is dedicated to the betterment of players of all ages.  Campers will have time to eat a lunch that they bring or to go buy a grab and go lunch after school gets out.  Instructors will be there early to supervise the campers while they eat.  Look forward to seeing your son or daughter out there.
